Mas Bandleaders Reject Budget For Grants And Prizes For National Carnival
Emotions ran high on Tuesday night as mas bandleaders received details of what they were competing for and what grants were available to them. The Tobago Bandleaders Association held an emergency meeting with its members on the matter. Members of the media were a part of the meeting.
