The Chief Secretary and Minority Leader speak at Tobago’s Eid celebrations
Yesterday, Trinidad and Tobago celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr, which marked the end of Ramadan for Muslims around the world. In Tobago, Eid celebrations were held at the Masjid at Tawbah Mosque in Lowlands. Among the guests at the event were Chief Secretary Farley Augustine and Minority Leader Kelvon Morris, who shared some words of appreciation for the Muslim community and their contribution to society.
