A Management Issue

Some of the issues highlighted to the police by residents at the Whim Community Centre are the unavailability of police vehicles and the shortage of receipt books for making reports. However, Member of Parliament for Tobago West, Shamfa Cudjoe-Lewis, who was present for the public consultations, pointed out that while there may be some bureaucratic systems complicating the issues, there might also be problems with resource management.
