Tobago SEA student Rachel-Liz Ottley excels in CXC exam.
Between the ages of 11-14, many students around Trinidad and Tobago sit the SEA exam. However, one student who just wrote the SEA exam decided to challenge herself by writing the CXC English Exams and she excelled at it!
