PDP leader Watson Duke outlines the factors that contribute to crime in Tobago
Yesterday, alleged member of the seven gang Victoria Guerra, also known as “Dolly Boss”, became Tobago’s 19th murder victim after being shot multiple times. The incident occurred in Argyle. Political leader of the Progressive Democratic Patriots and Area representative for Roxborough/Delaford, Watson Duke, has expressed his disappointment at the state of crime on the island. He highlighted various factors that contribute to the problem.
