Scarborough, Tobago – [ January 2024] – The Tobago Agricultural Research Institute (TARI) officially launched its new logo and introduced its visionary team on Wednesday, marking a significant step for agricultural innovation on the island. The dedicated team is led by Secretary Nathisha Charles-Pantin, who heads the Division of Food Security, Natural Resources, The Environment and Sustainable Development.
The TARI Committee, chaired by Ms. Alisha James, is set to revolutionize agriculture in Tobago. Its mission includes actively addressing critical challenges such as climate change, land degradation, and gender biases within the sector.
