2024 Tobago Cricket Association season commences with seven teams
Scarborough, Tobago – February 16, 2024 – The 2024 Tobago Cricket Association (TCA) domestic season is set to commence this weekend with an exciting lineup of six matches. Tandeka Moses, the General Secretary of TCA, shared on the Tobago Updates Sports Show that all preparations are complete for the highly anticipated season.
Seven competitive teams will participate in a round-robin format, with games scheduled on weekends, starting at 11:00 AM. The top four teams will advance to the semifinals, promising a thrilling competition.
Notable teams participating in the TCA League 2024 include Canaan/Bon Accord Sports Club, Roxborough Strikers, and Bago Gladiators. Last season, Bago Gladiators and Canaan/Bon Accord Sports Club were declared joint champions due to adverse weather conditions.
Matches for the 2024 season will take place at key venues across the island:
Cyd Gray Sporting Complex, Moriah Recreation Ground, Shaw Park, Louis D’or
