NIDCO considers non-response consent

Project Managers at NIDCO claim they have received all the necessary documentation and permissions for Town & Country Approval to proceed with constructing the new airport terminal for the ANR Robinson International Airport. However, NIDCO noted that, after not receiving feedback from certain local government agencies, including the THA, they take it to mean there is full consent and they meet the requirements outlined in the law.
