Bishop High School’s Koquice Davidson Crowned Tuco’s Junior Calypso Monarch
Scarborough, Tobago – August 13th, 2025 – The Trinidad and Tobago Unified Calypsonian Organization (TUCO) Tobago Zone hosted the finals of the Tobago Junior Calypso Monarch on Wednesday.
A total of 12 students competed for the coveted title, but in the end, Koquice Davidson of Bishops High School was crowned the winner. Her victory highlights the immense talent of Tobago’s young calypsonians and the continued importance of the art form in the island’s culture.
