Scarborough, Tobago – Tobago Flavours, an amalgamation of entrepreneurs in the food and restaurant industry, is introducing new experiences for Tobagonians, such as pairing wines with local foods. They believe that by helping people learn more about wines, the restaurant industry can improve.
Tobago Flavours hosted its first wine-tasting event on Monday night at Sandy Point Village. The initiative aims to create more activity in the sector while also building new skills and a deeper appreciation for culinary arts on the island.
