Scarborough, Tobago – August 9, 2024 – An exciting opportunity is in store for local cultural practitioners in Tobago. Universoul Circus is actively recruiting local creatives, with auditions set to occur at the Shaw Park Complex under the ambit of the Tobago Performing Arts Company (TPAC).
