TTPS Announces Promotion Exam Dates for Inspectors, Sergeants, and Corporals in 2025
July 23, 2025 – The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) has officially scheduled its 2025 promotion examinations, a key process in strengthening the service’s command structure and fostering career progression within the force. The Police Service Examination Board confirmed the following dates for the promotional exams: Inspector exams are set for September 13th, 20th, and 27th; Sergeant promotional exams will follow on October 11th, 18th, and November 1st; and the final round of testing for the rank of Corporal will take place on November 15th, 22nd, and 29th. Eligible officers are encouraged to apply through the official service portal before the specified deadlines, marking crucial steps in the professional development of officers and the overall enhancement of law enforcement capabilities across Trinidad and Tobago.
