T&TEC activates a hotline for the sea exam in case of unplanned interruptions
Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago – March 2024 – The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) activated a special SEA hotline in preparation for the Secondary Entrance Assessment (SEA) exam held on Thursday, March 21st, 2024.
T&TEC had informed principals and supervisors that from March 20th until 3 pm on exam day (March 21st), they could call or text the dedicated T&TEC Hotline at 794-4823 or 794-7264 to report any disruptions in their electricity service or safety concerns.
The Commission’s standard trouble report numbers, 800-BULB (2852) and 800-TTEC (8832), remained available 24/7. T&TEC also assured the public that no planned electricity interruptions were scheduled for the exam day, demonstrating their commitment to the SEA students and wishing them success in their examinations. This initiative aimed to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted testing environment for all students across the nation.
