T&T To Enjoy Extended Weekend As Corpus Christi And Labour Day Fall On The Same Day

Trinidad and Tobago is about to enjoy a four-day weekend, thanks to the overlapping of two national holidays — Corpus Christi and Labour Day — both of which fall on Thursday, June 19th. Under the country’s Public Holidays and Festivals Act, when two public holidays land on the same day, the following weekday is declared a public holiday as well.
