The Carnival Season is here, and many revellers are preparing to participate in the Monday and Tuesday events. However, safety is of utmost importance. On the Tobago Updates Morning Show, Inspector Mahalia Bacchus of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service stated that the Police are aware of all of the events taking place on the island and assured that they will be out in force. As part of personal safety, Inspector Bacchus is reminding persons to be mindful of their surroundings. Additionally, she emphasised that partygoers should designate a sober driver or hire a taxi service to ensure safe transportation to and from events.
