Preparations for the Tobago October Carnival are on the way, and Mas bands are already making waves with their 2025 presentations. Other major bands, including Iconic Mas and Fog Angels, are also set to unveil their presentations in the coming weeks. Dexter Sandy’s own band, Iconic Mas, has already announced its theme, “Tropical Bliss,” and plans to launch its costumes within the next two to two-and-a-half weeks. Beyond marketing and organization, Sandy emphasized Tobago’s unique advantages, including its affordability, proven safety record, and an exceptionally scenic route.
