The Tobago Promoter Association has been registered as an NGO
Scarborough, Tobago – The Tobago Promoters Association (TPA) today announced a significant milestone: its official registration as a Non-governmental Organization (NGO). This achievement follows the successful completion of all necessary legal requirements under the Companies Act of Trinidad and Tobago.
The TPA highlighted its core objective: to establish a united voice for all individuals, groups, and businesses actively involved in developing, promoting, and executing events across the island. The association currently comprises 28 promotional entities, reflecting a broad representation of Tobago’s vibrant event industry.
This formal registration as an NGO is expected to empower the TPA to more effectively advocate for its members, streamline industry practices, and foster greater collaboration within Tobago’s dynamic event landscape. It aims to enhance the professional development and collective impact of the island’s promoters.
