Scarborough, Tobago – April 17, 2024 – Planning is well underway for the highly anticipated Tobago October Carnival 2024. During today’s Post Executive Media Briefing, Tashia Burris, Secretary for the Division of Tourism, Culture, Antiquities and Transportation, shared initial details concerning the upcoming festivities.
Burris stated that preparations for this year’s event officially began in January, with all post-mortems from last year’s Carnival successfully completed. Stakeholders have once again been invited to contribute their insights and expertise to ensure the Tobago October Carnival 2024 is a resounding success, building on past experiences for an even better celebration.
