Tobago Emergency Medical Service Honors Founding Member on 26th Anniversary

September 9, 2025- The Tobago Emergency Medical Service (TEMS) recently marked its 26th anniversary, celebrating over two decades of dedicated emergency medical care. As part of the milestone, TEMS honoured Mr Levi Clarke, a pioneering Emergency Medical Technician who responded to the service’s very first emergency call in 1999.

Though retired for three years, Mr Clarke’s early dedication helped lay the foundation for professional emergency care on the island. TEMS expressed heartfelt gratitude for his lasting contributions, which continue to inspire current personnel.

The anniversary underscored the values of commitment and service essential to building a dependable emergency response system for Tobago’s community.
