Scarborough, Tobago – During a special awards ceremony for her constituency, Member of Parliament for Tobago East, Ayanna Webster-Roy, delivered a message to national security service members. She encouraged them not to allow the poor decisions of a few individuals to overshadow their dedicated efforts in combating crime in East Tobago.
