Scarborough, Tobago – The Tobago Carnival Inter-Department Competition 2024, held under the captivating theme “Tribal Kingdom,” celebrated the diverse talents within the Tobago House of Assembly and other participating divisions.
In a thrilling showcase of individual performance, the Division of Tourism, Culture, Antiquities and Transportation proudly secured the title of 2024 Inter-Department Personality winner.
Meanwhile, the Division of Community Development, Youth Development and Sport demonstrated their lyrical prowess, taking home the coveted calypso title in the fierce competition.
