Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago – The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) held a press briefing yesterday to update citizens on the results of the recent State of Emergency (SOE). The country was placed under the SOE on December 30th last year after police received intelligence about possible gang reprisals.
