Scarborough, Tobago – June 20, 2024 – Many popular events have been notably excluded from this year’s Tobago Heritage Festival 2024, including the Pembroke Salaka Feast, the Les Coteaux Folktales and Superstitions, and the Black Rock Wake Up Call and Sea Festival. Dr. Denise Tsoiafatt-Angus, Political Leader of the Innovative Democratic Alliance (IDA) and former Secretary for the Division of Community Development and Culture, shared her thoughts on these significant changes during our Tobago Updates’ Good Morning Tobago show.
