Crown Point, Tobago – March 15th, 2024 – The Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR) officially launched its Tobago branch this morning at the Colosseum Mall in Crown Point. This significant event marks a momentous milestone in the ongoing efforts of the procurement board, management, and staff of the OPR to enhance transparency and accountability in public procurement.
Ms. Beverly Khan, Chairman of the OPR, stated that this launch represents a crucial step in expanding the reach and effectiveness of procurement regulations across Trinidad and Tobago. The establishment of a dedicated office in Tobago will streamline processes and provide direct support to public bodies and suppliers on the island.
