THA Election Date Remains Unknown, But TPP Is Ready to Contest

Scarborough, Tobago – The exact date of the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) election remains a closely guarded secret, but the political stage is already being set. Chief Secretary and political leader of the Tobago People’s Party, Farley Augustine, is keeping the public guessing.

Speaking to reporters last Friday, Augustine hinted that Tobagonians could head to the polls as early as December this year or by January 2026. While he refrained from locking in a date, his message was clear: the TPP is election-ready.
