Scarborough, Tobago – Three Tobago students have received scholarships from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Trinidad and Tobago to support their studies.
The scholarships were presented by His Excellency Fang Qiu, Ambassador of China, during a ceremony at the Shaw Park Complex. The event was co-hosted by the Ambassador and THA Chief Secretary Farley Augustine. The students, recognized for their outstanding academic performance, are Jeriel Clarke from Charlotteville Methodist Primary School, Martika Alfred from Castara Government Primary School, and Kristiana George from Speyside High School.
