Scarborough, Tobago – The Division of Infrastructure, Quarries, and Urban Development (DIQUD) revealed upcoming road resurfacing plans for All Fields Trace in Lowlands, scheduled for March 7-8, 2024. This initiative, covering the stretch from Toby Drive to All Fields Crown Trace, aimed to significantly boost road safety and quality in the vicinity.
During the works, access to All Fields Trace and nearby areas was limited to vehicles from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Motorists were urged to find alternative routes to avoid potential delays.
Despite potential inconvenience, the division extended apologies for any disruptions and emphasized the long-term community benefits of these infrastructure improvements. Trevor James, Secretary of the Division, confirmed the imminent start of the road works in an interview on Tobago Updates’ Good Morning Tobago, signaling a proactive approach to enhancing Tobago’s road network.
