Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist at the Division of Food Security, Alisha James, stated that the Division’s Secretary, Assemblyman Natisha Charles-Pantin, understands the transformative role of IT for farmers, agropreneurs, and for the people of Tobago. James added that Secretary Charles-Pantin recognized the fact that farmers are also business people.
She shared that most of the infrastructural work was done on Sunday, explaining that this is only phase one of a wider initiative, indicating that WiFi will also soon be available in other areas of the market.
