Scarborough Market Wifi

There’s now an exciting new benefit for visitors to the Scarborough Market: free WiFi! Alisha James, Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist at the Division of Food Security, confirmed this new addition, stating that the Division’s Secretary, Assemblyman Natisha Charles-Pantin, fully understands the transformative role of IT for farmers, agropreneurs, and the people of Tobago. James added that Secretary Charles-Pantin recognizes farmers as astute business professionals.

James shared that most of the infrastructural work for the free WiFi at Scarborough Market was completed on Sunday. She explained that this is only phase one of a wider initiative, indicating that WiFi will soon be available in other areas of the market, further enhancing digital access in Tobago.
