Scarborough, Tobago – At last week’s press conference about the Trinbago Volleyball Tournament, Chief Secretary Farley Augustine unveiled plans for a new initiative called Save Our Sea Turtles, or S.O.S., specifically for Turtle Beach.
Augustine highlighted that E-IDECOT had made a crucial commitment concerning sustainability and supporting the work of environmentalists. He provided further details on this collaboration, emphasizing its role in protecting the island’s marine environment and its cherished sea turtle population. The S.O.S. initiative represents a concerted effort to enhance conservation measures and promote community engagement in safeguarding Tobago’s natural heritage.
