Former Head Of The Public Service, John Reginald Phelps Dumas Laid To Rest Today
Following a public viewing of his body at the Belgrove’s Funeral Chapel, Lambeau, on March 14 and a celebration of his life at Merci Beaucoup in Buccoo, Tobago, the funeral service for the late John Reginald Phelps Dumas, better known to many as Reginald Dumas, took place today at the All Saints Anglican Church, Queen’s Park West, Port of Spain under the auspices of Bishop Claude Berkley who described Dumas as a man committed to getting things right.
