Pre-action protocol letter served to E-IDCOT to comply with F.O.I. request into Manta Lodge hotel.

Scarborough, Tobago – A pre-action protocol letter has been served to the Eco-Industrial Development Company of Tobago Limited (E-IDCOT) for its failure to comply with a Freedom of Information request.

This was revealed by Minority Leader Kelvon Morris at a PNM meeting in Belle Garden last night. Morris’s announcement brings to light a legal challenge against the state-owned company regarding transparency and accountability in its operations.
