Scarborough, Tobago – The political leader of the Progressive Democratic Patriots (PDP), Watson Duke, continues to outline promises he believes will benefit the people of Tobago. Via a livestream on his Facebook page, Duke outlined several key promises should his party be elected.
He stated that the minimum salary for Litter Eradication Workers would be $5,000, while disability grants would increase by 50%, and senior citizens’ grants would rise to $4,500. Additionally, he pledged to build 1,000 homes on the island each year and to complete all homes on the island. Duke urged Tobagonians to give both him and Curtis Douglas a chance to serve.
