Just days before National Carnival, the Political Leader of the Innovative Democratic Alliance, Dr Denise Tsoiafat-Angus, has raised concerns about the Tobago House of Assembly’s (THA) approach to the festivities. She believes the current TPP-led administration has been notably silent on plans for key aspects of the celebration. Dr Tsoiafat-Angus also expressed disappointment over what she perceives as a greater emphasis on external talent than local performers.
