Former Secretary of Infrastructure, Quarries and the Environment Kwesi Des Vignes, has expressed his frustration on Facebook about the situation at Studley Park Quarry where truckers are being forced to wait overnight for aggregate via a number system. Des Vignes questioned how the quarry could regress to truckers lining up overnight for aggregate despite significant improvements and investments in the THA special purpose company.
