Former Infrastructure Secretary Kwesi Des Vignes says diplomacy is missing between T.H.A. and state agencies.

As the current THA continues to voice frustrations in dealing with state agencies necessary to advance Tobago’s development, former Secretary of Infrastructure, Quarries, and the Environment Kwesi Des Vignes explained that without diplomacy, the problems will continue. This, even as news surfaced that the construction of the new airport terminal is lacking town and country approvals, while the THA is facing challenges advancing road construction projects without prior town and country approvals.
