MV Cabo Star Resumes Service on August 3

The Trinidad and Tobago Inter-Island Transportation Company (TTIT) has announced that the M.V. Cabo Star is back in service after completing scheduled dry-docking and upgrades in Curaçao. The vessel, which was out of operation since July 12, 2025, returned to Trinidad on August 3 and will resume regular cargo operations from Port of Spain on Monday, August 4.

TTIT also reminded the public that passenger ferries—A.P.T. James, Buccoo Reef, T&T Spirit, and Galleons Passage—cannot carry vehicles over 3,636 kg or unaccompanied vehicles. The company thanked the public for their patience and reaffirmed its commitment to reliable inter-island service.
