More Than Just Netball: Tobago Camp Builds Skills and Confidence in Young Women

August 19,2025 – The Knickers Netball Academy has successfully concluded its 2025 Summer Camp, offering more than just athletic training to Tobago’s young women.

Led by Founder and Head Coach Kyla Keith, the camp focused on developing netball fundamentals while also creating a safe, empowering space for personal growth. Participants were introduced to self-defence techniques, creative expression, and confidence-building activities—highlighting the Academy’s holistic approach to youth development.

The initiative continues to serve as a platform where young women not only improve their game but also gain life skills that extend far beyond the court.
