Tobago’s 2023 CSEC & CAPE Merit List students celebrated earlier today.
Today, the Shaw Park Cultural Complex was inspired and motivated as the 2023 CSEC & CAPE merit list students were honoured in a ceremony themed “Let your Dreams Be Your Wings.” Among the distinguished guests were Zorisha Hackett and Orlando Kerr, representing the Division of Education, Research & Technology, alongside the renowned Soca Sensation Machel Montano.
