Tobago’s students secured two of the top three positions in the National Junior Calypso Monarch. Bishop’s High School’s Koquice Davidson placed second, while Scarborough Secondary’s Nataki Thompson finished third. First place went to eight-year-old Xhaiden Darius from Savaneta Primary School in Trinidad. Of the 16 contenders who performed at the Grand Stand in Queen’s Park Savannah, five were from Tobago.
