March 3, 2025 – Carnival isn’t just a time for adults to revel in the streets—it’s also an opportunity for young children to immerse themselves in the culture. On Saturday, the Cyd Gray Complex in Roxborough came alive with vibrant colors and energy for Kiddies Carnival. Each section showcased unique themes, from traditional Carnival characters and historical heritage to global issues. The event featured a dazzling display of costumes, including a “Midnight Robber” and “Fancy Indians” with their elaborate and colorful headpieces, which were a breathtaking sight.
