Scarborough, Tobago – June 14, 2024 – The Joint Select Committee on Social Services and Public Administration hosted its 5th Public Healthcare Town Hall Meeting at the Scarborough Library last evening (June 13, 2024). Many Tobagonians took the opportunity to share their concerns about healthcare on the island, particularly regarding Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and the quality of services received.
This public consultation allowed residents to voice their experiences and provide feedback on the challenges facing Tobago’s healthcare system, emphasizing areas needing improvement in service delivery and disease management.
