How Will Regulations Be Enforced?

While the political leader of the Unity of the People, Nickocy Phillips, welcomed the initiative to better police the Buccoo Reef Marine Park, they are concerned about the enforcement of regulations. Phillips stated that too often, emphasis is only placed on developing a policy and not on its enforcement.
