Gypsy declares Tobago carnival a success; makes recommendations for national carnival.
October 30, 2024 – Veteran calypsonian and politician Winston “Gypsy” Peters has hailed the Tobago October Carnival as a “massive success,” giving it a grade of 8.5 out of 10. He commended the efforts that went into the event and described it as a “different and unique” product with the potential to become even greater.
