P.M. Dr. Keith Rowley says owners of Gulfstream and solo creed are yet to be identified..
Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago – Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley addressed questions in the Lower House today about the Solo Creed tug vessel, which was responsible for towing the Gulfstream barge that caused a massive oil spill in Tobago.
The Prime Minister explained that despite the Solo Creed being arrested in Angola a month ago, the individuals and entities responsible for the vessel have yet to be found. The lack of information on the owners is a key challenge in the ongoing investigation into the disaster that occurred when the barge detached and capsized onto a reef near Cove.
