Gulfstream vessel still at large
P.M. Dr. Keith Rowley says owners of Gulfstream and solo creed are yet to be identified..
Despite the arrest of the Solo Creed in Angola a month ago, the vessel’s owners have not yet been identified. The Solo Creed tugboat was responsible for towing the Gulfstream barge carrying bunker fuel, which somehow became detached and capsized onto a reef near Cove, causing a massive oil spill in Tobago. In response to questions in the Lower House today, Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley explained that while the Solo Creed was arrested in Angola, the individuals responsible for the vessel have yet to be found.
