Grant Distribution: Division of Settlements Provides $8.6 Million in Grants, Homes, and Lands to Tobagonians

Scarborough, Tobago – October 15, 2024 – The Division of Settlements, Public Utilities and Rural Development held a grant distribution ceremony on Monday, October 14th, 2024. These grants, townhouses, and lands were distributed to Tobagonians who needed assistance with home repairs, housing, or land. According to the Secretary of the Division, Ian Pollard, a total of $8,665,000 was spent on grants. This initiative underscores the Tobago House of Assembly’s (THA) ongoing commitment to providing essential support for housing and development to residents across the island.
