Scarborough, Tobago – The recent theft of a vessel and several engines in Tobago has left fishermen disappointed with the security firm responsible for protecting their property.
At a press conference today, Curtis Douglas, President of the All Tobago Fisherfolk Association (ATFA), argued that fishermen remain vulnerable to criminals, which is significantly affecting their livelihoods. The incident underscores the urgent need for enhanced security measures to safeguard the assets of Tobago’s fishing communities.
