Excuses for lack of development

In response to the re-prioritized budget, Minority Leader Kelvon Morris accused Finance Secretary Petal-Ann Roberts of making excuses for the administration’s inability to execute projects. He also criticized the Farley Augustine-led THA, claiming it failed to manage Tobago’s economy effectively.
