Scarborough, Tobago – June 26, 2024 – Excitement is building as two mas bands have launched their costumes for Tobago Carnival 2024, with more set to follow soon. The President of the Tobago October Carnival Association is pleased that mas bands are choosing not to wait on the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) to begin promoting what is expected to be an epic third hosting of the festive weekend.
This proactive approach by the bands themselves underscores the growing enthusiasm and anticipation for Tobago Carnival 2024, signaling a vibrant and independently driven celebration of culture and revelry on the island this October.
